Shipping & Delivery Policy

No physical goods are shipped. Sandessh.com is an online (digital) service. Nothing is sent by post or courier, and there are no shipping charges.

1. How the service is delivered

Everything is delivered online, in your account at sandessh.com, using your web browser. The file features work in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on a desktop or laptop computer.

2. When you get access

Free account: available immediately after you verify your email address.
Paid plan: switched on automatically in your account within a few minutes of successful payment through PayU. A payment confirmation is shown on screen.
Sandessh ID: your @sandessh.com address is created as soon as you choose an available name in your account.

3. If access does not start

If your payment succeeded but your plan is not active within 24 hours, email info@sandessh.com with your account email address and PayU transaction ID. If we cannot activate it within 2 working days, you will get a full refund as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
