These terms apply to your use of Sandessh.com and its online services ("the service"), run from Delhi, India ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Sandessh.com lets you keep a list of files on your own computer, email them, zip, download or print them, read your own email account's mailbox, and use an optional @sandessh.com email address ("Sandessh ID"). The file features work in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on a desktop or laptop computer.

2. Your account

• You must give a correct name, email address and mobile number, and keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service with the consent of a parent or guardian.
• Tell us at once at info@sandessh.com if you think someone else is using your account.

3. Plans and payment

• Paid plans and their prices in Indian Rupees are shown on our Pricing section and on the payment screen before you pay.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner PayU. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank login details.
• A plan gives access for the period stated (for example 30 days) starting from successful payment. Plans do not renew automatically.
• Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service, including your Sandessh ID, to:

• send spam, bulk unsolicited mail, phishing or fraudulent messages;
• send or store anything illegal, abusive, obscene, defamatory or that infringes someone else's rights;
• pretend to be another person or organisation;
• send viruses or harmful code, or try to break into or overload our systems.

Each Sandessh ID has a daily sending limit to protect all users. We may suspend or close an account, or remove a Sandessh ID, that breaks these rules, and report illegal activity to the authorities.

5. Your files and content

Files you link stay on your own computer. You keep all rights in your files and email. You give us only the permission needed to transmit the files and messages you choose to send. You are responsible for having the right to send what you send.

6. Sandessh ID

A Sandessh ID is one address per account, chosen by you, and cannot be changed later. Some names are reserved. The address remains our property and is provided for as long as your account is active and in good standing.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service available, but it may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance or problems with our hosting, mail or payment partners. The service is provided "as is".

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data on your own computer. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
